Dana Tosolini

Dana has always had a passion (& an eye) for design. Her professional career began to take course in Paris, when at just 17 years old, she undertook a dual course spanning fashion & interior design.

Fast forward a few decades & Dana’s career has seen her work across multiple cities but ultimately settle in Canberra where she ran CID with her mother Jan for 29 years. She’s a member of the Master Builders Association, HIA & the Design Institute of Australia (where she was given a 10-year citation in 2002) & has won more awards than we can mention.

Most recently, Dana was selected to be one of the expert judges on the TV show ‘Australia By Design’ which aired nationally in 2017 & was also featured on Houzz TV for a recent project in Burradoo. Dana has also had work published in Belle Magazine, Inside Out, Delicious, Home Beautiful & House & Garden.

With more energy than she knows what to do with, Dana will stop at nothing to ensure that the highest standard is met across all CID jobs.

Alyssa

Alyssa is a self-proclaimed design nerd, spending countless hours drafting & designing in her spare time. She has always had a love & passion for everything interior design, from a young age she would read countless design magazines, visit showrooms, home shows & display homes to broaden her knowledge.

After discovering her love & talent for interiors she decided to pursue it as a career & study abroad in New Zealand. While studying interior design she worked as a lighting design assistant, working on projects throughout New Zealand.

Once she completed her studies she moved back to Canberra & spent the next few years working as a kitchen specialist full-time at IKEA in between travelling around Europe. After leaving IKEA she worked for a local joiner as a Kitchen Designer & Colour consultant before moving on to a Design Consultation role at Coco Republic.

Her passion for interiors is second to none. With extensive knowledge & background in joinery design, she will help you create a timeless, beautiful & functional home you will love for years to come.

Brooke

Brooke’s love for interiors sparked from textiles and a fascination for beautifully curated spaces. From admiring display homes to reimagining layouts for function and beauty, she has always had an eye for the finer details.

During the completion of her degree - The Built Environment (Interior Architecture), she refined her skills through an internship at CID before stepping into a full-time role. Now part of the team, she thrives on crafting thoughtful, personalised interiors—whether it’s selecting finishes, designing custom joinery, or curating colour palettes.

Working alongside Dana and the team, she’s excited to keep pushing boundaries and creating spaces that inspire.
